Real estate buyers and sellers can rest assured that Nicole Carmier knows all about moving. Growing up in a military family, she lived in Germany for seven years and has lived all over the world.

Nicole returned to the U.S. to attend San Diego State University, where she was awarded a full scholarship for track and field and earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. She immediately put her schooling to work as a marketing director for a prominent real estate firm in Beverly Hills, then founded her own firm and served as a consultant for some of the top real estate agents in the market.

Nicole takes great pride in showing clients all that Sacramento has to offer. Dedicated to their success, she guides clients through the real estate process as she provides valuable insights to empty nesters, first-time buyers, traveling medical and technical professionals, young professionals, and veterans. Buyers and sellers benefit from Nicole’s digital marketing expertise, and she relishes creating content that connects with current and future clients.

Giving back to the people around her, Nicole established “Self-Care Sundays,” a civic event with activities such as yoga and potting classes that provide fellowship opportunities in the community. She also mentors girl athletes in a local high school program. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, performing car karaoke, and being an active mom to her preschool daughter.
